Food Packet Distribution Project

TSI Foundation, in collaboration with ITI Laxmi Enterprises and the dedicated TSI team, organized a Food Distribution Project to support economically weaker and needy communities. The initiative aims to provide essential food assistance to people facing financial difficulties and ensure that basic food support reaches vulnerable families.

Under this initiative, more than 5,000 food packets have been distributed among needy individuals and families. The food distribution activities have been conducted in several districts including Dausa, Jhalawar, Kota, Baran, Jaipur, Pali, Bhilwara, Bharatpur, Chaksu, and Tonk, where thousands of people have directly benefited from the program.

This is a self-initiated project by TSI Foundation, under which the TSI team distributes around 700 to 800 food packets every year to poor and needy families. Through this continuous effort, the organization ensures that essential food support reaches those who need it the most.

Through this initiative, TSI Foundation and its partners demonstrate a strong commitment towards social responsibility, humanitarian support, and community welfare, reflecting the organization’s dedication to serving underserved communities and improving their quality of life.

Skill Development Initiaves

Skill development is one of the core focus areas of TSI Foundation, aimed at empowering youth with industry-relevant skills and improving their employment opportunities. During the year 2024–25, more than 500 youth received skill development training through various training programs organized by the foundation.

Out of these, around 1000 youth were connected with employment opportunities and received job offer letters through placement support and employment camps organized by the organization. These efforts helped many young individuals start their professional careers and move towards financial independence.

The training programs were conducted in sectors such as Hospitality, Retail, Housekeeping, Security & Facility Management, Customer Service, and Basic Computer & Office Management, based on current industry demand.

During 2024–25, several private companies also extended their support in providing placement opportunities and industry exposure to trained candidates. Some of the key companies that collaborated with the initiative include Sukino Healthcare Solutions, Emoha Elder Care, Heraud Group, and various hotels and hospitality companies.
