Our initiatives focus on providing industry-relevant training, promoting self-employment, and connecting skilled individuals with meaningful employment opportunities. Along with skill development, we actively engage in community welfare activities such as food distribution for the underprivileged, awareness campaigns, social rallies, road safety initiatives, and education support programs. Through our efforts and collaborations, we aim to build a skilled, confident, and self-reliant society.

Our Programs

Empowering women and youth through skill-building and support.

Women Empowerment

TSI Foundation has empowered over 400 women from rural areas by providing training in beauty parlour services, stitching, and digital skills, enabling them to become self-reliant and start their own self-employment opportunities.

Skill Development

TSI Foundation has trained over 2,700 youth in sectors such as Beauty & Wellness, Hospitality & Tourism, Healthcare, and Solar Energy. Out of these, more than 1,800 candidates have successfully gained employment, helping them build stable livelihoods and a better future.

Over the past six years, TSI Foundation has distributed more than 5,000 food packets and planted over 200 trees across multiple districts in Rajasthan. We organize religious and cultural programs to promote awareness and conduct digital literacy campaigns, reaching women at their homes to empower them with essential digital skills.
